I believe that, beneath the noise of everyday life, there is a deeper knowing within each of us.

Sometimes we can hear it clearly. Other times, life becomes so complicated, overwhelming or uncertain that we lose touch with it.

That is where I come in.

I am Grace, founder of Grace Insight. My work is helping people reconnect with their own inner wisdom, see what may be hidden beneath the surface, and discover new possibilities for their lives.

Through intuitive and channeled readings, Akashic Records, spiritual exploration, life and business coaching, I create a space where you can pause, breathe, ask the questions that really matter—and listen for the answers that are already beginning to emerge within you.

A Little About Me

My path has never been a straight line.

As well as a corporate management career, I have spent years exploring personal growth, spirituality, intuition, healing and the fascinating patterns that shape our lives. Along the way, I have worked with people in many different settings—as a mentor, coach, practitioner, facilitator and someone who simply loves a great, meaningful conversation.

I have learned that transformation doesn't always arrive as a dramatic revelation.

Sometimes it begins with a single insight.

A question. A shift in perspective. A conversation. A moment when something suddenly makes sense.

And sometimes, it is simply the experience of being truly seen and heard.

These moments are at the heart of my work.

Intuition, Insight & Connection

My intuitive work has grown through years of learning to trust what I sense, hear and perceive beyond the obvious.

I work with the Akashic Records, intuitive and channeled information as tools for exploration and insight. My intention is never to tell you what you should do or to take your power away.

Instead, I offer another perspective—a doorway into seeing your situation differently.

You remain the one who chooses.

You remain the authority in your own life.

My role is to help you uncover what may be waiting to be understood.
